SuperPlat can help create spaces tailored to your needs, including galleries, museums, brand stores, campuses, and more. Please contact us through [Support] → [1:1 Inquiry] on the SuperPlat website, and our team will assist you.

After installing SuperPlat, go to [MY SPACE] → [Create MY SPACE] from the main menu. Once your space has been created, use the Space Editor in the bottom-right corner to place items and customize your space. During the beta period, MY SPACE is available as the Basic type.

SuperPlat is a 3D social platform where you can explore and enjoy immersive spaces. Explore galleries, shops, campuses, and more, discover artworks and content, chat with characters, and connect with other users in the same space. SuperPlat is currently in beta and available on PC.

MY SPACE is your own personal space that you can create, customize, and manage. You can showcase artworks or content and interact with visitors to your space. During the beta period, anyone can create a MY SPACE using the Basic type.

You can purchase MyMe customization items from [MyMe Shop], located in the hamburger menu on the right side of the screen. Choose from facial features, hairstyles, outfits, accessories, props, and more. During the beta period, SuperBeans and Superings are provided free of charge so you can explore various features. Use them to purchase items and customize your MyMe. Please note that all currency balances and purchase history may be reset after the beta period ends.

Your avatar in SuperPlat is called a MyMe. Items purchased from [MyMe Shop] are stored in your inventory. You can equip purchased items immediately or change them later from your inventory. To equip an item you already own, open your inventory and double-click the item.

You can find current and upcoming events on the SuperPlat website under [News] → [Events]. Special items and event announcements will also be available on the [Events] page.

SuperBeans and Superings are currencies used within SuperPlat. During the beta period, both currencies are provided free of charge so you can freely explore various features. You can use them to purchase items from MyMe Shop. Please note that all currency balances and purchase history may be reset after the beta period ends.

SuperBeans and Superings provided during the beta are intended to help you explore SuperPlat's features before the official launch. When the beta ends, some or all user data may be reset. This may include remaining SuperBeans and Superings, items purchased with in-game currency, MyMe status, board upload history, My Friends history, and SuperPlat account information. Please keep this in mind while using the beta service.

No. Real-money purchases are not available during the beta period. SuperBeans and Superings are provided free of charge during the beta. Payment options for the official release will be announced separately at a later date.
